Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are only available via the website and our sole ticket agent TheTicketSellers.
When do I get my tickets?
Upon order confirmation you will be sent an e-ticket which you can either bring on your phone or print out at home.
What the festival opening times?
Friday 10:00 – 18:00 (Business 2 Business Only)
Friday 14:00 – 18:00 (Campers Only)
Saturday: 11:00 – 23:00 (All Visitors)
Sunday: 11:00 – 23:00 (All Visitors)
Where do I need to go upon arrival?
The event is being held at NAEC, Stoneleigh Park, Stoneleigh, Kenilworth CV8 2LZ. Weekend campers will enter the site via gate 3 and day ticket holders will enter the site via gate 5, both will be clearly signposted on approach to the event.
Can I bring my Dog?
We’re sorry but no dogs or animals are allowed onsite.
Can I light a fire?
Strictly no fires or BBQ’s onsite.
Can Campervans and tents camp together?
You are only able to pitch one tent with each camper van pitch due to the size of the camper van field. You are only permitted to bring a campervan or motorhome if you have purchased a campervan pass. No caravans!
Can I sleep in my car in the car park?
No! You must purchase a camping ticket if you wish to stay the night at the event. All day ticket holder will be escorted offsite when the main stage closes.
Can I leave site and come back again?
Yes, provided you have all the correct wristbands and ticket documents with you when you re-enter. Live-in vehicles will not be allowed to leave and re-enter the festival site. Please note security searches will be in operation upon entry into the festival site.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes!!! but only if you are camping, and please note you will not be permitted to bring alcohol into the main festival site. Please also note that glass is permitted onsite. Any glass bottles found during entry searches will be confiscated.

Do’s and Don’ts.
DO Be prepared!
If you are camping, ensure you bring a tent sleeping and plenty of warm clothes. This is the UK after all prepare for all conditions. Waterproofs, sun cream are a must! Other essential items include metal water bottle, loo-roll, soap, spare socks and a torch.
Please try to avoid bringing plastics with you. We are aiming to keep plastic onsite to an absolute minimal. There will be plenty of water points in the campsites and you will be provided with recycling bags upon entry for all your Cardboard, plastic, cans and other recyclable materials. We would greatly appreciate your help in keeping the site clean and our environmental footprint to a minimum.
DON’T Bring Drugs!
Security searches and an amnesty bin will be in place. If you are found in possession of any illegal substance you will be refused entrance and may be arrested.
DON’T Smoke Indoors!
Smoking in all indoor public spaces is illegal in the UK. There will be designated smoking areas outside of the exhibition halls and you will be free to smoke in the main area and campsite areas. Areas where you cannot smoke will have “no smoking” signs, so please adhere to them.
DON’T Make Fires!
As it says in the FAQ’s, all fires and BBQ’s are strictly prohibited.
DON’T Bring Glass!
Glass is heavy and dangerous. Please stick to cans, metal containers or in the worst case decant into plastic bottles.
DON’T Play loud music in the campsites!
There is already a brilliant array of music booked for you all weekend, please leave the music to us. We have to respect the venues neighbours and our fellow campers so please leave personal sound systems at home.
DON’T Bring these items!
Fireworks or other explosives, pets (except guide dogs), generators, disposable BBQ’s, weapons, bombs etc…
